Feel Your Face Pulsate

At the time of my high school graduation (few years ago) my face suddenly cleared up after all the years of dealing with acne in high school, even the scars from acne faded very fast. I wasn't using anything special to treat them! I would like think that it was all the excitement of getting done with high school smile emoticon I was really happy thinking my acne has graduated too but who knew it was waiting for me as soon I stepped in collegeconfused emoticon
I started wearing concealer with salicylic acid, it helped to keep my acne at bay but nothing major. So, about 3-4 years ago I randomly found this huge container of clay in a natural/organic store. It was the big container, bright label and of course the amazing price of this product that compelled this purchase. I felt I had nothing to lose since it was so cheap for so much product.

Oh man, "WORLDS MOST POWERFUL FACIAL" it had to work! or I would have given up. I had very oily face in my  late teens, and clay is known to absorb all the gunk. It claimed to really tighten the pores after absorbing all the oil and toxins off the skin. It is an healing clay, so it can be used as a body wrap! It says to use it with Apple Cider Vinegar and/or water, I've tried it with both and I've seen better results with apple cider. (I also use unfiltered apple cider vinegar because I don't want to lose any benefits of apple cider).
smile emoticon The Results: I used the mask once a week, or whenever I felt my face was about to really break out in clusters. After keeping it on for 15-20 mins, I use a hot towel to take it off (it is quite of work to take it off because it really gets tight to feel the skin pulsate!) It leaves my skin red like the clay says but it goes away after an hour or so.
After using the mask, my skin looks so so so clean ( three so's, you can imagine how clean haha). I noticed that my skin gets brighter, pores shrink and really stop the acne from forming! I realized whenever I used it regularly my skin got so clear and when I stopped using the mask (lazy me) acne would start to come back.

I feel it is great for those who don't want to try the overpriced GLAMGLOW mud masks, I haven't tried glamglow because I'm extremely happy with Aztec!

Have you tried Aztec Healing Clay?

  2. I recently bought the Sheer Glow foundation, and now I am thinking of buying the Tinted Moisturizer :) As it is much lighter on the skin for the summertime. Thanks for sharing this post. I love NARS <3
