karuna $8 mask

The second mask I wanted to review was Karuna's Clarifying Face mask. It is a sheet mask that is for problematic and acne skin. Hooray! for adult acne 

A single mask is sold for $8. So, I expected miracles in one try!

The instructions were similar to other sheet masks out there, it said to put on the mask for 10-20 minutes. I had it on for 30 minutes just to make sure. 

No need to rinse?! 

I would say that was one of the impressive things about this mask. It  has ingredients such as below and there was no stickiness after the use of mask. 

-Shiso (Japanese Green Leaf): Helps to prevent breakouts.
-Ginger: A natural antiseptic to help kill bacteria.
-Honey: Provides oil-free hydration and soothes skin.
-Peptides: Regenerate skin.

Another factor that lured me in was the packaging, It had 2 sleeves on the outer packaging itself! 

But even after all the fanciness, I won't buy this mask again!

The mask didn't bring any changes in my skin, I was expecting it to calm the redness on my skin.But it just left my skin moisturized. I think for the price I expected little more and wasn't happy. Sh*t my $8 are gone. 

Even though it didn't break me out, I would only recommend Karuna mask if you want something that is moisturizing. It won't be your skin saver!
